Silver Cremation Package

A complete cremation package with many inclusions

Transportation for your loved one from place of passing into our care.
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
(Sat, Sun, Public Holidays & After Hours
will incur an additional ‘after hours’ fee)

Mortuary Holding Facility and Preparation of Body
(washing, dressing, grooming etc)

Affinity Funeral Arranger will visit you at
your home to fill out documents and
arrange the service requirements

All Compulsory Doctors Certificates

Official Death Certificate from Births, Deaths & Marriages.
Sent to next of kin approximately 14 days after the funeral service.

Crematorium Fees at crematorium of your choice in the Greater Sydney Area

Hearse Hire

Highly polished single raised lid rosewood Coffin with full trim, gold coloured
decorative embellishments and nameplate, white satin lined interior

Standard Floral Arrangement for coffin,
choice of colours in a fresh seasonal or native mix.

6 Single stem roses supplied for immediate family or
friends for placement on coffin during ceremony

50 Thank You Keepsakes (4 page brochure)
Photo on front and verse inside.
Thank You note to guests who attended the service.

Memorial Book

Our attendants will be present to carry
out the funeral service and tend to the needs of
family and guests

Framed & beautifully designed photo of
your loved one (8×10)
