We offer this funeral package for those on a budget or who require a basic service
with the essentials but without any extra inclusions.

This package includes -

  • Transportation for your loved one from place of passing into our care within a 30km radius of our registered facilities.
    8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
    (Sat, Sun, Public Holidays & After Hours
    will incur an additional ‘after hours’ fee)
  • Mortuary Holding Facility and Preparation of Body
    (washing, dressing, grooming etc)
  • Affinity Funeral Arranger will visit you at
    your home to fill out documents and
    arrange the service requirements
  • All Compulsory Doctors Certificates
  • Crematorium Fees at your choice of Pinegrove, Castlebrook, Rookwood
    or Forest Lawn crematoriums
  • Hearse Hire
  • Flat lid rosewood or teak coffin
    with nameplate
  • Memorial Book
  • Our attendants will be present to carry
    out the funeral service and tend to the needs of
    family and guests
