His Journey’s Just Begun

 

Don’t think of him as gone away,
his journey’s just begun.

Life holds so many facets,
this earth is only one.

Just think  of him as resting
 from the sorrow and the tears

In  a place of warmth & comfort
where there are no days or years.

Think how he must be wishing
 that we could  know today

How nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.

And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched

For nothing loved is ever lost
and he was loved so much.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The funeral service was held Thursday 30th April 2009
at Eastern Suburbs Memorial Gardens.

Paul was laid to rest in the Rose Garden
at Geraldton Cemetery
with his loving family in attendance on
Thursday 30th July 2009.

 

 

  

 

 

 

 

' I asked Paul for a sign a few weeks after he died and this cross appeared
in the garden,next door to us facing our front door,
it was not flowering time for the frangipani, every one that saw it said
how come the plant has flowers and I said Paul sent them to us.'
