will incur an additional 'after hours' fee)

Mortuary Holding Facility

 Preparation of body (washing, dressing, grooming etc) 

 Affinity Funeral Arranger will visit you at
your home to help you fill out documents and
arrange all the necessary service requirements

Medical Certificates (compulsory)

 Official Death Certificate from Births, Deaths & Marraiges.
Sent to next of kin approximately 14 days after the funeral service

 Clergy/Celebrant Fees 
We can provide excellent clergy/celebrant

Highly polished single raised lid rosewood Coffin with full casket trim,
decorative embellishments and gold coloured nameplate, white satin lined interior 

 Hearse Hire

 Floral Arrangement for coffin,
 choice of colours in a seasonal or native mix.
